Producing Quality Video: Why so many servers? / Linus Tech Tips

Linus Tech Tips is a very popular technical Youtube channel.
They talk about some of the workflows they use to produce quality video on a regular basis.
If we start producing the quantity of videos that I think we will be producing, we might want to take heed.
I know we will have plenty of primary space but there are other aspects to consider.
I thought I would post this to give some ideas.

ZFS would do everything they need and it would be a lot easier manage and cheaper. I started down this path a while back at DMS but there wasn’t much demand for it (10Gb switch and lots of storage). I think the hardware has been re-purposed for something else. Maybe security footage?
