PR Year End Meeting Friday Nov 22

Hey makers,

I scheduled the last PR meeting of the year for Friday, November 22 at 6pm.

This is going to start talking about DMS events at the space, not outside events.

Those that I’m aware of are:

2024 Holiday Party
2025 Steam Roller and CA Open House/10x10 showcase
2025 Makers Sale
Other events we need to discuss

I want to make sure we are covering these hosted events early enough to make it to some
External websites and press release ready.

All DMS Members (members only) are welcome to attend.

Beth is arranging a small biz Saturday maker sale. That should be on the calendar. We can also put a Facebook ad budget to these events if we think they are worth it.

Hi Gena,

I won’t be able to make the PR meeting that day (my Friday evenings are usually busy), but I can order y’all some pizzas in my place.

Hey everyone

Here is the reminder for the PR meeting on Friday. Any paid up member is invited to join, Kia is getting us pizza!

The agenda is now up on Source and the dial-in details are updated on the agenda and the calendar invite.

I do ask since this is a Friday we don’t go into long discussions per event. This is just info to get the details of who, what, when…

Pizzas have been ordered for tomorrow. I got one Meat Lover’s, one Pepperoni (normal), one Marg, and one GF Pepperoni.
