Hello all! I’ve scheduled the PR Chair election for October 23 at 6:30 PM for the Common Area.
I’ll still be an active participant in PR, but am not so interested in being in charge.

Hey someone else should step up. There were two others I considered, but Brooks won.

I nominate @Diplomat. He has done the job in the past and I thought did well except when he was blindsided by a BoD member (lack of communication).

I m interested in the position, I want some idea of the duties first, however
I already talk up DMS a lot and I post about us and hand out cards,

I have experience in running events and such, but I I would like to know the details first

This meeting needs to be held before the BOD meeting on Fri Oct 20.

Gah. The 20th is the next day that I will be able to even physically make it to the space. I am not 100% sure that I won’t get booked up that day though, as I am out of the state and then on a multicity tour around texas…

I will try to reschedule for before the board meeting.

There are numerous people who genuinely care about DMS who are a little rough around the edges. Brooks happens to be one of them, and was in on the joke of nominating him for PR.

And look! Now we have Blanchard who is an excellent candidate for chair!
