PowerMac from 1993

I still have a Power Mac I purchased in 1993. Is anyone interested or is it too new to be of interest?

I would, especially if you happen to have CodeWarrior development tools for it.

Since I never developed tools on it I assume I don’t have that code unless it came with that, which I doubt?

@bill We do have a way to get copy of that.

@Contrarian Its been on the wish list for a bit now and we’re hoping to hold a few classes on the system and even include a runnable copy of myst on the original hardware. So, we would greatly appreciate the donation of your PowerMac. Feel free to bring it by on one of the VCC office hours or arrange time with someone on @Team_VCC to assist with the donation to the committee.

Thanks for the information. Also, let me dig out the exact specs for the machine and let you know. I remember a small issue when I last used the machine a number of years ago, is that I had to toggle the power (on the actual computer) to get the monitor to turn on. I thought some capacitor was not functioning properly but don’t know. Once the monitor turned on it stayed on.

I dug it out of the closet and it’s actually the Performa 6115CD with the PowerPC601 CPU. I had extra memory installed but can’t remember how much.

I brought it in. It’s on the brown table in the community room. I couldn’t find the mouse.
