Polyprinter "support" not very supportive?

I understand we’ve renewed the “on site support contract” for the polyprinters for several kilobucks. I have “support” in quotes because they don’t seem to be very supportive. Most of the machines are down and several have been down for more than two weeks.

I’d like to use the Bambus, but they are pretty continuously busy, or in some cases, down. I’d rather see us spend that “support” money on a couple of more Bambus that work that polyprinters that don’t.

That is the goal, to slowly phase out the polyprinters, but it’s a large upfront investment, so we need to slowly phase them out. I believe we plan on getting more during Black Friday when they go on sale.

It may also be if some one has reached out to polyprinter to tell them we need them. DO NOT REACH OUT. With out asking the chair or vice chairs first. Please and thank you
