Polyprinter .92 connection timed and and stopped during job

.92 stopped suddenly on me during a print job. Octoprint shows the following error:

Communication timeout while printing, trying to trigger response from printer. Configure long running commands or increase communication timeout if that happens regularly on specific commands or long moves.

Edit: Bed and extruder still hot. Not sure how to safely remove filament and failed print. Sorry to leave it there, but unsure what else to do. I can be reached on here, at [email protected], or at 214-448-7585 (text only, please). I will be back up here later today but I am at a loss here in the middle of the night

I don’t know how to remove the or cancel the job on Octoprint since it is locked up. I’m going to call this print a wash and remove my filament.

If you press the red button (inside the enclosure), it resets the control board. See:
