So there have been 46 views and 12 votes. Does that make the 34 people that didn’t vote count as “No, I would not vote in poll.”? That would be 8 Yes and 38 No votes.

There should be another selection. It depends what the poll is about. If it was a poll about what color the yarn should someone use, then likely not.
