Pretty much everything in that machine is a potted connectorized board. Unless you know your way around an o’scope and have a fun time digging through the potting compound the only thing to do is take it to Lincoln and hope it’s under its three year warranty.
Out of warranty board swaps (what they’ll do to fix it) will be more than $500 in my experience.
