Plastic 55 Gal Barrels

Anyone have a source for Blue Plastic Barrels? Food safe and preferably in or around Carrollton.

Fulton Supply in Denton has them. I bought one a few weeks ago to temporarily put the HAAS coolant in. Mine had coffee extract in it. They are 20$ there.

Those have certainly gone up in price. I checked a couple months ago and you could them for 10-15$ each.

I got some like that a few years back to use for horse obstacles. Smelled yummy.

I recommend you check whether the bung plugs are in the barrel - these will keep the rain out (assuming you want to).

You can also often find 20-35 gallon white plastic barrels on Craigslist - these are smaller but much easier to move around when full of stuff.

Uline has them new for like $70 and pickup at their warehouse off 635 on the way to the airport. Definitely more expensive than the used ones but it’s an option.

I got some from someone off Facebook for $15 each. They had coffee, chopped tops off and they now hold water for horses

I have 3.
Used for Worcestershire sauce and smoke sauce.
They smell like butt.
Will sell for 20 each. I’m at UTD.
Will deliver for an additional 20.
