The short answer isif it works on the Shark lathe, it will work on the Clausing later this week as the groups for the lathes will be consolidated into one.

This change is complete.

Clausing and Shark Lathes in new AD authorization group

These lathes are now authorized by the “Machine Shop Manual Lathe AD” group. This group is a merger of the old Clausing and Shark lathe groups. These old groups will be going away within a week or so. If you were in either old group you are now in the new group. This change should resolve any disconnects identified in the last few weeks. In the event you discover that you are not authorized in the new group, contact the Machine Shop Committee chairs or Teachers to be added.
