Looks like someone misused the assembly kit and both the bolt used in the tool is bent and tool is not usable. I am taking one piece of broken nut/bolt to see if I can get it from Home Depot.
If anyone knows if we have spare nut/bolts (if this had this issue before) , do let me know.

There are bolts in the machine shop, but you can probably go to Home Depot, or Westlake Hardware and get back before finding stuff in those bins
