Glad folks are saving money - 30% is a good discount. I get lots of 10% and 15%, but 30% is significant. Have gotten some great buys on 4’ drop offs of Brass and Copper lately.
When there are good deals it great when they can be shared.

How do you tell them you want to pick it up instead of ship to your address?
At check-out if there is not a “Will Call” option, you need to submit the order over the phone.
The material is at a different location, they have trucks moving things around and when it gets in they will email you. I’ve found the time vary’s form 7-14 days. But if not in a hurry, it is well worth the wait.
This is also true for Grainger’s but they are usually about a week, but they have a lot more locations.
on the 3rd or 4th page of checkout which is the shipping page there is a selection for will call. underneath that I wrote in WILL CALL GRAND PRARIE
everything worked fine and I just got an will call ready notice.

Ok, so it appears that I don’t get the option because I guess my zipcode doesn’t qualify or something.
I want to order some metals, but I’ll have to pay to have it shipped unless I can use a different shipping address.

After chatting with the folks at Online Metals I’ve determined that it is
one of the metals is not carried by the Dallas distribution point. No
copper.
I think they may have artificially increased the price on some stuff. The stainless looks higher than it was last week
I wanted to purchase some 440c for some knives I’d like to make, but found that Dallas apparently doesn’t carry it.
How big is it? If it’ll fit in RAV4 and they deliver to Grand Prairie I’ll fetch. 2 miles from house.

If it is being shipped to Grand Prairie not a problem, its two miles from my home and I go by regularly. If so send me the confirmation email for pick-up.
Again, as long as it fits in my RAV4 not a problem.
