Below is the e-mail response I received from John Haskins, Chairperson of our Blacksmith Committee. I posted the response on the Facebook post in question; and, am posting it here, too - in-case others have the same questions.

Afraid I’m not in Facebook so can’t reply directly.
The plan is to have outdoor storage and use area for all the blacksmith equipment, including the power hammer. If things go to plan it should be built shortly after the holidays, but things seldom go to plan so take it with a grain of salt. If they are interested in helping out our would like more info feel free to send them to the blacksmith group on talk or give them my email address privately. Thanks."
