I have been by the storage 1000+1001 units several times and the code will not work. Has the code been changed?

The lock on the storage unit
Last time I was there (several months), the locks were really sticky, so you had to be rough them with. When our card is declined, we lose access to the facility first, and then they cut the locks and keep you out of the units. The locks on the units are ours.

I tugged, I put some stuff in there about 3 weeks ago that I really need for a class.
Jason Woods went by to see if he could get my items for class tomorrow. He also could not get the lock to open.
Did anyone change the lock combo?
