As some of you know Odin Abbott form Odin makes on Youtube came into town this weekend, He and i did a couple of prop builds for his Youtube channel. \
This is going to be great for Makerspace , he has over 400,000 subscribers. Odin was greatly impressed with the setup we have at Dallas Makerspace and even more so by the amount of help that was freely given to him from other members as we were working on the two prop builds. When he Interviewed me he went out of his way to bring up that [point and said nothing but super nice things about DMS.
I want to thanks everyone who helped make this an awesome weekend for him, and the thank all of those who help with the builds themselves. I will post a link to the Youtube episode once it comes out this weekend.
I want to also apologize tom some committee heads as we were filming rather quickly I was not able to clean up as well as usual once we were finished with a section, and for that I apologize.
Very cool! Do we know when the makes from here will go live? We should cross promote them when they do.
Are there any pictures from the filming or from the event we can put on our social media?
Odin was also kind enough to appear with @maxk68 and myself at the DMS booth at Anime Dallas Fri/Sat/Sun. It was interesting to see his fans walk up, and get excited about DMS due to the glowing review Odin was giving after his tour Friday evening. I expect a good turn out for tours due to it.
