I’m wondering if anybody has a loose numeric display (probably a cold-cathode type), which is marked “KR85”, “Kr85”, or similar. If you don’t know, these contain a trace of radioactive gas for more dependable operation. Naturally, that would make a great exhibit for the Nuclear Science Day & my Introduction to Atomic Energy class, so I’d love to borrow one if possible.
I don’t have that, but I do have a spinarithiscope and lead pig containing some uranium ore and uranium doped marbles if you would like to borrow for NSD.
