The November Committee Meeting is scheduled for the Thanksgiving weekend. I will be out of town. Although it’s not necessary that I be there if the Vice-chair can run it, but so that we make it as convenient as possible, let me know soon if it would be better to move it to a different day that month so that I can find a room for it. cheers!
