Anyone know where I can find some non-split logs? Winter tradition to split, trying to stock up now
Probably wont be difficult to find some. In my neighborhood, several of the ash trees that died last winter are being taken down.
Hmm, are these ash tree’s available in common/green belt areas? Otherwise I can just keep an eye open
Are you looking for seasoned logs, or will any scrap pile by the side of the road do?
I have a bunch of hackberry still that I’m going to put on the curb

@PearceDunlap would it be available for pickup this weekend? What sizes and shapes? Do I need to bring a chainsaw to cut into smaller or is it ready to be split as is?
they will be on the curb tonight, you’ll probably want a chainsaw as we left them in large turnable sizes so people could get them for turning but that fell through. I can pm you my address
