No access to planer or jointer following class

Thought this might get to the right person(s) via Talk. I have been off site for over 6 months due to the covid-19 and before that I had taken the “Complete Woodshop Safety/breadboard class” with Mark Salas on 18 Jan 2020. I am not yet authorized to use the planer or jointer. I am wondering what I can do to assist in updating my account?

Did you let your membership lapse and recently rejoin?
If so, did you reactivate your old account or start over with a different email?

I have been a member since Sept 2019 with no lapses.
I also might note that my email is different than my Makerspace name.
I would like to make the Makerspace name the same as my email but it is no so easy to modify.

You show to be authorized for Woodshop Basics tools, including jointer and planer. This might have been a temporary glitch at the time, or resolved without my knowing about it in between your posting originally and now, but perhaps it needs to be tested again; it looks like it should work just fine.
