I heard a rumor that someone at DMS has some older cars and sells them (at poverty-friendly prices) to the saddest members of all… those without transportation. Maybe they need fixing? Maybe they just look better parked across the street than in his\her driveway? IDK.
Is there any truth to this? If so, who is the happy person with the extra cars? How may I get in contact with him/her/them? Why would this process make sense from an ecological perspective? Explain your answer using topics from the last chapter, and show all your math.
(okay you can ignore the last 2 statements. Just my typical awkward attempt at comedy)

The rumor you’ve heard is indeed correct, but any who desire a car must pass several trials of faith before they can claim their reward.
First, you must see the oracle. I am not allowed to tell you who the oracle is, but I can tell you that the oracle spends much of their time in sewing. Upon meeting the oracle, they will ask you some questions. If you answer them correctly, the oracle will commune with the automotive spirit known as Wan Al-Lan.
Wan Al-Lan is not necessarily a benevolent spirit, but he is not malevolent either. He will aid those whom he finds honest and worthy. If they abide by the terms of his agreement, secure proof of insurance for the car, and meet him at the county tax office, they will go home with a car.
But beware: should they fail or waste Wan Al-Lan’s time in any part of the process, they will be truly abandoned to despair.
Im going to have a 2007 toyota highlander with low miles in about a month. Color is baby food green! Its been a great vehicle but daughter headed to grad school needs AWD for safety. Ill post when i replace it.
