If you were using the haas simulator, you left your knurled pen behind. It is with me. cheers!
I first interpreted that as a g-code file for a nice knurled pen and was trying to imagine how one would do that with the HAAS.

Very very very skilled and detailed G-code.
It found it’s way back home

yes as Jay may remember - he fought long and hard in the rock / paper / scissors death match to win that prize. glad it made it back home.

it is probably possible to do this using a mill thread tool with a tight number of right handed and left handed threads to create a crosshatch.
however, thread milling is very memory intensive. Our old girl might get one thread done before running out of memory.
