Any idea why the upload is only 480P?

What was this recorded on?

I can attest that that sound system is bad ass. We were hearing it in the interactive classroom. He did a real great job on the whole machine.

I enjoy pointing Rodney’s Mortal Combat machine out when I do tours on Thursdays. Most can’t believe that it wasn’t built by a commercial arcade game company. I tell them I enjoyed seeing Rodney work on every stage of the machine including the cutout on the front and wiring the controls. Beautiful piece of craftsmanship!

Thank you everyone for the kind comments, i wasn’t expecting this much wooo haaa over it, considering all the great things that are being built in the space everyday.

If it wasn’t for DMS the cab probably wouldn’t have existed, it gave me the tools, teachers, evnvironment and motivation to build it.

Really enjoyed building it at DMS, awesome experience.

That flame effect is fantastic.

Very glad you are bringing this to the Texas Pinball Festival to join the DMS VECTOR booth, Rodney. The MKX cab is a fantastic looking and playing project and a great example of the type of multidisciplinary learning and resources offered at DMS all coming together.

“Made at the Dallas Makerspace”… pretty damn good PR indeed. I hope many others are inspired to follow in your footsteps.

Three days and counting!
