Hello,
I am a new member (renewed my membership from a long time ago but never got to the space due to distance). I am currently taking some classes at Richland College to hopefully earn my Electrical Engineering degree with a specialty and interest in RF. I am looking into venture into electronics and I want/need a basic tutorial or explanation on the equipment to safely use it. I can teach myself the basics in electronics in general and how to use the equipment but I believe a good hands on demonstration would help me become more engaged and more aware of the danger and percaution as well as the way to operate the equipment.
I am more than willing to help anyone in any way I can, just looking for someone to take me under their wing and hopefully transfer some knowledge.
Thanks,
Kyler Hagler
I guess I should have mentioned I have signed up for some classes and was just wanting a quick over view since the classes I can attend are far out.
@artg_dms and I are usually there starting about 4:30p on Sunday. If you can be there one of us can walk you through stuff.

Definitely will take you up on that. That sounds awesome!
Thanks!
Walter - I’m back in town and was going to coordinate with you on the breadboards. I’ll just come Sunday afternoon around 4:30. My wife is in a class so I’ll also be there Saturday morning 10:30-12:30.
Oooops. May not be there Sat morning but will be there Sun afternoon.
Hey there. I am considering joining the space. I’m a EE who works in product/test and this looks like a good place to work on experiments. If I am around I am happy to explain what I can (my area of work is power management). I will be at the LTSpice class tomorrow simply because I am looking to do more work in the tool and I want to learn how to setup benches. Take care!
