I have finally gotten to really enjoy drone flying. I’ve been gifted a couple of really cheap drones, one that didn’t work, one that mostly works…but then this weekend I got a refurbished Parrot Mambo…WOW! Flying it is awesome. Now I’m looking at upgrading to a Mavic during Christmas…
So, between now and Christmas, what are your thoughts? I considered learning to build one, but between between school and business travel, I think I’d rather buy one for now and learn to build one while I have something to play with. I don’t mind paying for one that makes things easier while I’m learning the hobby, but would like a little reassurance that for the money, the Mavic is, or is not, a good way to go. The Parrot is fun, but I’m already learning it’s a bit limited (e.g., no video).
