I received a flyer that says that Tandy opened a new store in Allen on 4/17.
Southwest corner McDermott and Central Xway (looks to be about 1/4 mile south of McDermott, behind McDonald’s).

The store is open. It is about midway on the west side of the building that has Chucky Cheese Pizza on the east side.
They do not yet have their Tandy sign up, but there are leather-related things plastered on the windows.
