I was a member for many years and have recently decided to rejoin. I was wondering if there was anyone willing to help me set up my new key card. I have also had some trouble logging into my old account and wondering if there is a way to transfer my previous machine qualifications. Thank you.

iirc, as long as you re-activate your same account you should get your access back.

Do you still have access to that email? You should be able to reset your password unless you no longer can get into the email.
My pervious account was under a family plan, when I do the password reset I do not receive anything. I believe the fact that I was an add on account is the issue
You probably need to send an email to [email protected], then. In order to keep your permissions, I think that’s what you’ll have to do.
