Good morning, I recently became a member and took a tour and aquired a Fob. I was told that new member orientation takes place on Saturdays. Unfortunately I can’t come on Saturday do to my work schedule, I wanted to ask if it would be possible for someone to give me the orientation sometime next week. I can do any time Monday-Wednesday and Thursday/Friday after 3. Thanks
Just come in any night and ring the doorbell. Someone usually will be there to let you in and help you with a keyfob
I have a keyfob, it worked on a door when I tested it yesterday after my tour. Was hoping for someone to give me the rest of the orientation.
I’m a new member myself, but I could probably give you a watered down version of a tour if you’d like. I’ll be there around 3:15 this evening, and I’ll be there most of the night.

I can be around at 4-ish today. I’m probably also not the best person but I’ve been a member for a few years so I can probably answer some of the questions you might have.
I’ll be doing some fabrication work for the racecar so I’ll probably be in the machine shop, metal shop, or by the pink car.
There is a new member orientation on Tuesday night, if that works…

Welcome to DMS. It looks like there is a class on Tuesday evening. You’re not just looking for a tour, correct? You’re wanting the New Member Orientation. Looks like there is currently space in the class.
I saw a new member offered to help, but attending the class, if possible and/or speaking with a seasoned member is probably your best bet. The class would be the best way to get oriented to the space, learn it’s policies, location of resources, etc.
