I am going to be using a Shopify (more likely) or Wix website, but I need something added to the home page.

I need the customer/website visitor to be able insert their own number in the text and when they press “get started” it takes them to another page on the website.

Wix should have something for that but one really should be using something that’s wordpress backed like squarespace so they can have professional sites like the one you linked.
However, since I’ve worked with projects like yours for over the past 15 years. I’m also available for consulting and would be able to setup your entire online presence including building out your sales pipeline and customer engagement tools.
The only thing I am needing is that interactive part on the front page. I have the rest of the site done. Would you be able to build something like that?

A button like that is normally called a Call to Action (CTA) button. It takes the value from the number field above it and passes it on the URL in the form of a GET variable, try it and see:
__.com/products?quantity=100
Basically this means you need the landing page to be able to process the variable and pass it into the rest of the shopping process.
