Anyone know where I can get a sheet of window glass 24" x 45"? Lowe’s and Home Depot stop about 30"
Good question. I can point you to stained and fusing glass suppliers but even those sheets don’t get that big.
Maybe try a window replacement company.
Have you tried Binswanger Glass? they have several stores around DFW. They do custom cuts, flamed edges, etc. I’ve bought custom-sized glass shelves from them in the past.

What thickness?
My max thickness is 2.0 up to 40"×60" or 2.5mm up to 48"×68". I can cut these to the rectangle of your size but you’d have to pick it up at my store.
