Need help with V8 5.7L 1986 GMC G3500 chevy smallblock

Need help with V8 5.7L 1986 GMC G3500 chevy smallblock, its got a leak somewhere thats pretty slow overall but is enough to cause worry.

Its also got a turbo hydramatic 400 transmission I would like to have checked out to make a 3200 mile round trip to California.

Im no car guy, but we have had issues getting the cruel-bus into shops (presumably because the owner called it a bus when asking about it and they assumed something huge.)

Very sure it’s motor oil

Bus will be at the space soon, I know they washed it but don’t know the results.

We may have suspected the valve covers too, one of the screws seemed loose when we were poking around.

It’s that the PCV that’s leaking?

Uhhhh no habla car :blankspace:

No that picture is the top of the valve cover. The dipstick is like 4 feet long, and a pain in the ass to check
