Need help with trim piece in my vehicle

On the note of needing some help, The plastic trim piece on the drivers seat of my van is loose. It wouldn’t be a problem other that sometimes it shifts and changed the height of the seat. Sort of a problem when you are 4 11, like me.

I need some help if seeing how to reanchor it back down

There is a double stick tape made for (re)attaching trim to a car and is straightforward to apply.

This tape is widely available at auto part stores and at Walmart.
