I need to update my monthly payment info/method. Who do I need to contact?
Log into the billing portal (usually with the associated email address). The “billing” menu has payment options where those can be added/removed/altered. If that does not suffice, use the “open a ticket” menu to open a ticket & our volunteers will work with you through that.
