Folks, I am new to Makerspace and am looking for an expert who knows how to work with Ipe wood. We are needing a 50" x 75" wood screen built from 2"x2" ipe and framed in at the job site. We just designed this for a client and our goto carpenter cannot build it. Please text me at 214-973-0866 if you are interested

First I’d but 2 sets of planer blades 2 saw blades and 2 sets of jointer bird cause that woods like running aluminum through tools! I can easily help if you like
Do you have a design drawn or 3d model yet, also what are the gap tolerances between the frame and door you’re looking for?
I’d also need down to the 1-16th measurement at the top middle and bottom and left middle and right of the frame!l
Here’s some of my pieces for credibility purposes
Edit oh and I’d need the cross section measurements
Also have you sources 2x2 ipe cause I’ve never even seen 8/4 ipe before yet alone enough to build what you need
Also why ipe? Any species of Teak is just as water resistant looks nicer and is easier to source
