Natural Gas Forge

I just heard that natural gas is available here. The expansion people were asking about it.

What does everyone think about being able to change the orifices out at some point
and be able to fire up a forge that doesn’t run out of gas?

104 does not have natural gas available inside the building, only on the roof.

102 MIGHT have natural gas inside, but don’t count on it. We will find out when the expansion team arranges for a walk thru of 102 to measure and map the facilities.

I’ll make sure @Team_Expansion knows about the request.

I haven’t requested anything and I am not a blacksmith committee member yet.
I’m just suggesting the idea because last outside forging class I did, it seemed like we kept having to change bottles and put them in water to get more pressure.

I believe the lease says something to the account of no open flames indoors.

An ourside gas line would also allow for Fired Arts to do Raku our side off course

I would think the cut off for it would need to be in restricted area so it could only be turned on when
It was needed for the forge or kiln or other use
