Is the Space a Charity?

Anyone want a 5 year old German Shepard - indoor dog

Have you considered leaving it on the Freebie shelf?

“Ruger” is well trained (not mine) but even so - I don’t think he would stay off the floor

Why would you want to get rid of a dog with such an awesome name?

Gotta love the derailment

He isn’t mine(is a great name tho) - he belongs to a local artist that recently married a guy with a K-9 partner, and the two pooches don’t get along. If you’re curious, here are two pics of Ruger:

He’s gorgeous!

 I wish I could have the doggo. But my apartment charges obscene pet deposits and doesn’t allow ‘aggressive breeds’ BUT HIS FACEEEEEEE

I’d take him if I wasn’t a slave to self employment

He has a great personality too - not just a pretty face

Awww, look at that face! I bet he’s a real good companion.

and german shepherd is “aggressive breed”?
gees.
I have to confess having a life-long struggle with LIKING german shepherds because, as a child, the asswipes down the street from us reared some really nasty ones that I eternally feared, but I’d never imagine them falling under an “aggressive breed” clause.
What a wad of crap.
Might be time to move.

Prob’ly should have chosen another guy to marry and kept the dog

I grew up with a german shepherd/husky that was frie dly as could be and dumber n rocks. I totally get it.
My best guess is that it’s because police use them. I like to point out that small breeds tend to bite more, but the management companies tend to laugh it off.

Got a recent rescue pup named Pistol Pete. He knows different shapes. So far circle, square and triangle. Also does the standards: sit, down, stay, up, leave it, take it, stand. Can’t get rollover yet.

EDIT: I would be lucky if my teenagers were so well trained!

I arrived at the space several minutes ago and am pleased to report that there are NO pups of any kind on the freebie shelf. Well done, makers.
