The proposals for this year are due on November 4th. It would be a shame to miss the opportunity this year. If people are interested, we need to get together a couple of days, decide on the experiment, and craft a proposal.
So, is anybody interested?
Edit: They ask for resumes at the end. Since we are competing with universities and high schools, I believe this could really move the needle in our favor.
