It is interesting, but I think the lawyers should focus on the fact that the bank has no branch above the atmosphere, and any remote activity should revert to the location where the far end of the access occured, for places where they do not have clear jurisdiction. Then its pretty simple.
If she did it from one of the Russian modules does that make her a Russian hacker?
Part of that “Collusion” bs?
It’s only the first space crime if you ignore all the alien abductions.
