Does anyone have any interest in a Mystery Shopping Class?

I have no idea what Mystery Shopping is?
Customer Service based businesses hire people to go into their locations, pose as customers and report back on the service they receive. They pay you for your time and/or reimburse you for products/services.
Would there be any requirements to sign up for a mystery shopper service or any exchange of currency?
Nope, just an exchange of knowledge.

If this were on a weekend I would. Just do the class and see how it turns out.
Maybe change the name of the class and show the benefits from an entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial perspective by doing internal mystery shopping of one’s own business, how to mystery shop competitors, what major brands are wanting to know, etc.
The right information would be a gold mine for a business owner.
