So this is a bit embarrassing but is there any way we can install Windows Movie Maker 2012 on the Media Lab computers? It’s free (comes with Windows Essentials 2012), but I need admin access to actually install it on the far left PC. Adobe Premier is just a bit too high brow for me to use and I need to get a project out rather quickly.

It is possible, although that should be up to Jay. However, Premiere isn’t as big or high brow as you think. Premiere has all the basic features of Movie Maker, but with some extra added to it. I can send you to a really good video that could help you do the basics, and some fun extras later on (if you want). Thanks a lot for the video. I’ll definitely check it out. If I’m still having trouble after I watch it I’ll probably get in touch with Jay and Brookes and ask about installing Movie Maker

Best thing to do is to open a ticket with a link to the installer we can download.
