I think David has 10 days confused for something else. The lease says no automotive work at all and no leaving cars overnight.
10 days was in reference to time Landlord has to repair A/C units.

So we’re back to needing a current copy of the lease, or whatever addendum text it is that authorizes us to have an Automotive committee in the first place, then?
