Monthly Membership Meeting - May

The next Membership Meeting will be on Thursday, May 14th at 8pm. If you would like to add an item to the agenda, please get it on the wiki before Sunday, May 10th at 11:59pm, so that all members have time to read it beforehand.

If you are a committee chair, please add your report to the meeting. Bullet points are the standard format, so please don’t feel pressured to write a novella.

As of right now, we have 106 voting members. This means we need at least 36 voting members present to reach quorum, so please come out to the meeting.

Since I’ll be at work, I would have to vote by proxy…
To do so, do we still send an e-mail to [email protected] stating who our proxy is?
Also, if someone is there on my behalf, as my proxy, does that count toward quorum?
If not, what about remote participation? If the meeting is live streamed via Google Hangouts, like members have done for me in the past… Does my remote but interactive ‘presence’ count toward quorum?
