Missing exhaust system

Hello,

I removed my exhaust system and placed it I’m a corner (see photo) where it wouldn’t be in the way of anyone or anything. I stored it there meanwhile I got a truck so I could take it back to my house. It’s no longer there and I would like to know if someone removed it.

This was an item for which a purgatory notice was placed some time ago since it was not permitted to be stored. (it wouldn’t fit in purgatory, so a written notice was placed on it versus being placed in the actual purgatory room).

It was disposed of over the weekend during a cleanup event.

Personal storage isn’t allowed at DMS.

  • It was posted that storage isn’t allowed (here on talk, signs on the storage shelves at the space, main website, wiki, etc).
  • Your item was tagged in writing that it was pending disposal
  • A cleanup day came in the time it’s been sitting there.
  • There wasn’t a name on it to call / notify anyone.

What else could anyone have done with it?

Yeah, I understand no one to blame but myself for creating a post or adding my contact info to it.

This had been tagged a while ago. It was too big to fit in purgatory and there was no note on it. It appeared to be abandoned and was disposed of during our last work day.

Out of curiosity, how long ago did you place it there? Your writeup makes it sounds like it was a couple of days, but the responses makes it sound like it was perhaps more on the order of a few weeks.

It was about 2 weeks

It was there at least 3, since it was tagged end of march IIRC. I don’t recall the exact days
