Mimart machine broken?

In break room, MiMart machine is not working. Message says, Please wait, initializing.

There is no way to scan for prices or pay. I put a sticky note with items I took, but is there someone who needs to be contacted to check it.

Sounds like it needs the ol fashioned IT secret trick nobody knows about. Power off and back on again.

I would suggest power cycling it. Otherwise someone needs to call the number posted on their equipment.

Power cycling it resolved the issue. The machine is working normally again :+1:

Doesn’t work. Goes to voicemail with no storage.

Ah, well that’s too bad. I called them once in 2023 about a freezer alarm and they were very helpful.

I don’t have any further info on MiMart. Their only intersect with IT is they use our network.

I called them on the day of the power outage, so they may have been otherwise occupied. But the no voicemail is annoying. I would have been happy to leave a message. Might worth a test call next week during business hours.
