Hey everyone!
October the 9th I will be teaching a class on (you guessed it) microscopes!
The focus will be on light and electron microscopy, but I also want to talk about some other types like AFM, which was used to take pictures of organic molecules!!
Its on a Friday at 7PM.
Hopefully you all can make it out and we can look at some cool pictures!

This is awesome – I’ll be there! I’ve gotten very rusty on my staining &
could use a review.
I can even bring my little hand-held Radio Shack Microscope!!! 
At a future date, remind me to find & show you my low-magnification 3D
microscope for use with a 3DTV that I made out of two webcams.

This what my Radio Shack microscope looks like.
Those pocket microscopes are AWESOME. I loved the last one I had my hands on. I should get one for my purse.
