My battlebot team needs to use the metal lathe and we would like to get signed off on the lathes. We will review the document on lathe use we need to get certified to use it. If anyone can help us with a one-on-one we appreciate it.
There are a couple lathe trainers who can do the work, the question is will they teach during Covid. I personally won’t, but others might. By nature of being close enough to catch a mistake you break the 6ft rule.
In any case, follow the process for taking the quiz and email the results to the email address in the PDF. When we get that email the trainers all get informed we have a student waiting.
Where is the process for taking the quiz, on the wiki?
This is probably the easier.

Is the Battlebot Team getting together anytime soon?
I have a project that I need help with.
We might be busy building at the space soon but no plans right now.
I came by the shop today and another person recommended you. You have impressed a lot of people.
I understand my project is vague. I am not sure how to convey all the info you need. I am going to redraw my design and then will send to you.
What is all the information you need?
If possible I would like to schedule a time to meet.
I will be taking the tour and new member class this Saturday.
I will probably be there Saturday (unless I have to work) working on my CNC machine. You can find me then.
