Hey everyone,
Just a reminder about cleaning up. Part of our DMS rules everyone signed is to clean up and put everything back in its designated area.
In CA we strategically have areas for each Sig and labeled cubbies where supplies live and supplies should always be put back where found.
Rearranging without consent from the chair or vice chair is not allowed.
Chairs have also become an issue. There are 9 gray chairs that belong to CA along with a few blue chairs that are labeled CA but somehow the gray ones keep disappearing and random chairs keep appearing.
The drying racks are the only allowed storage and name and date must be on the tray with the project. No project can be left on tables, easels, etc to dry without the member being present at the space.
As chair I have access to our cameras 24/7 and will provide warnings and suspensions as needed if rules aren’t followed. Please let’s do better.
