Membership renewal change plan

I need to change my membership to a single member. I cannot get into my profile to do this because of a password error. I did create a ticket a few days ago with but haven’t heard back. My dues is due today or tomorrow and I think it’s an autorenewal. Please help.


Your auto-renewal was on 12/29/2020. You are the add-on, we need to hear from the primary member to cancel his membership. Then you need to create your own membership.

It can be done the same place you submitted a ticket.
