If these are going to be junked, is there any compelling reason why some other member/s can’t re-appropriate them for their own purposes?
*Other than possible conflict with previous owner of said to be junked items.
That has been the problem in the past Personally I would rathre have some one
else re purpose my project , but some folks are too passive
Vets learn to ask why someone is wanting a healthy dog put down many have horror
stories about couples that are splitting up getting in huge arguments over who get the body of
dead pet, They killed it because they couldnt stand to see the other one have it!
DMS lacks ownership of said property, thus can neither take nor transfer possession. We can opt to no longer store it.

If you help with off-siting you can enjoy dumpster diving when we dispose of the items. There’s nothing to stop you there.
That sucks. 
Did they kill the children too?

Tossing away stuff that can be re/up-cyled kinda sucks.
We officially throw all offsited items away each month in the CubeSmart dumpster.
