I’m not sure if this is the correct place to bring this up but I cannot use my membership. I have 2 open tickets on the Billing System that are not being answered and it is going on 4 months since I have been able to access anything. I had applied a gift card balance in the amount of $540 to my current membership back in December of 2018 and it has now reverted back to a gift card balance and my membership is showing as being cancelled which is not the case. Is there anyone who can look into this matter further?

It has now been 5 months since I had my membership cancelled. I have been ignored on the Ticket system as well as this Talk forum. I paid $540 for a membership which shows as cancelled even though it has been paid through 12/31/19. I cannot use my gift card balance for a new membership because it says it expired in 1970!? I need to speak with whoever is in charge of new and existing memberships in person. If I do not get a reply this time I will be seeking legal action!
