That’s why I print an electronic copy for my classes and just have people fill in their user ID for “just-in-case” situations.
I had a guy (great guy, actually) whose name on Calendar system sign-up was Bones. Just Bones.

This is a constant issue with project storage cards. I love it when it’s written in sharpie with tight looping cursive … and then when I can’t figure out who it is, they just don’t get notified.
